A cinephile and Roger Deakins fanatic, recipient of over 15 online awards. Initial professional training as a federally certified bilingual business specialist, with work experience at Oltner Cinemas AG. Subsequent training in journalism and film at the School for Applied Linguistics (SAL) in Zurich. Since 2013, has gained diverse professional experience-starting at AZ Medien (now CH Media) and STAR TV. In 2017, worked as a cinematographer and editor for *Nau* and as a film critic for *OutNow*. In 2019, served as a jury member at the Iranian Film Festival in Zurich, while further developing language skills and exploring a new culture; also participated for the first time in the World Press Photo contest and the 23rd VFG Swiss Emerging Talent Award for Photography. In 2021, contributed to the IPFO International Photo Festival Olten. In 2022, served as a set production assistant for the short film *Nepotist* (directed by Carmela Schönenberger) and as a camera assistant/gaffer for the music video *Heartshaped Gun* by the band Protactinium. In 2023, worked as a cinematographer for the short film *De Richi us Mättmi* (directed by Michel V. Tedaldi), as a camera assistant for the short film *Overboil* (directed by Zoé Rodoreda), as a dedicated stagehand at the Stadttheater Olten, and as a technical operator at Kino Orion in Dübendorf. In 2024, added to the IMDb database. In 2025, served as a live camera operator for *Beta Show Deluxe* and as a jury member for *Movie Day 2026*. In 2026, worked as an assistant director for the play *Zeitfresser* and as a camera assistant to Brian Dean Goff on *Bernard's Bar & Repair*.
